Basidiomata globose to subglobose, (8.5–) 10.0–15.0mmdiameter, pseudostipe lacking. Rhizomorphs well devel-oped, white, firmly attaching the fruit-body to the substra-tum. Peridium thin, (0.6–) 1.0–1.5mm thick, drying fragile,buff to pale yellowish-brown when young, finally red-dish-brown at maturity, smooth to warty due to irregularcracking, with minute squamules. Gleba compact and paleamethysteous or griseous when young, becoming pulveru-lent and grayish-brown at maturity, with whitish.. more
