Snow Canyon St. George Utah "Follow the Flag" Surrounded by unique red sand stone cliffs and with all state permissions granted, this organization flies the United States flag around the western Unites States. It weighs 400 lbs and takes a team of people to move it it around. This flag is 150’x78′ feet! A total of 11,700 square feet. The red and white stripes alone are six feet thick. This is the largest American flag to ever fly.
They use a light weight but very strong Kelvar cable stretched across the red sand stone canyon peaks to position the flag.
