    1. Strangely, this is the most commonly observed at iNat for New South Wales even though Port Jackson Sharks are much more common.

Fun Facts : More 'Divers' get bitten by this Wobbegong Sharks than any other Sharks, including Great White Sharks!

      1. Oh wow, is it because they are actually aggressive, or is it because they look so goofy and people try to do stupid stuff like trying to scratch their head or something? Posted 10 months ago
        1. Most 'divers' look at them as harmless laying at the bottom, not moving offering good opportunity to get close up, maybe taking selfies and even touching/holding the tails! If they feel provoked, they can easily and quickly turn their head around 180 degrees to bite! :D Posted 10 months ago
          1. Why am I not surprised: disrespectful idiots getting what they deserve... Posted 10 months ago
            1. This was attributed to Albert Einstein, although, I'm not sure if he said it "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former". We were at Nagarhole Tiger Reserve in February & the previous year a teenager had jumped out of the jeep to take a selfie with a sleeping tiger..... Posted 9 months ago
