According to stats on iNat, they are of the lesser observed butterflies, scroll down to the last of the Taxonomy list and notice that the ssp I have here only has 10 observations across iNat. So with that data, I would say that they are not easy to find but it is possible to observe one at the peak times of the year and a good location.
