    I'm not that surprised, the Alps' coverage on JungleDragon is pretty thin, just a few hundred photos. I think there's lots of opportunity for species intro especially for species only occurring there. Posted one year ago

The Mountain clouded yellow

"Colias phicomone", the mountain clouded yellow, is a butterfly in the family Pieridae. It is found in the Cantabrian Mountains, the Pyrenees, the Carpathian Mountains and the Alps. It flies at altitudes of 900 to 2800 meters.
