  1. Whatever that insect is, it is all black, it cannot possibly be a European hornet.
    I think I have a closer match for the plant, although I am not 100% sure.

Crape Jasmine is an evergreen plant. It is known as টগর :bn:টগর in Bengali. Its stem releases a milky latex when broken. That is why, it is called দুধফুল in Sylhet.
