"Allium carmeli " is a species of flowering plant in the Amaryllidaceae family. It is found in Israel, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon. It is a bulb-forming perennial with pink flowers. The specific epithet, "carmeli," refers to Mount Carmel in northern Israel.
