  1. I love tit-tyrants, and this might be Peru's coolest species. It's certainly the rarest, being restricted to high elevation Polylepis patches in the central and southern Andes, and quite endangered as its habitat continues to disappear at an alarming rate. Posted one year ago

The ash-breasted tit-tyrant is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae. It is found in Bolivia and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
