  1. Beautful flowers and I can see the leaves better here. I haven't found a Hibiscus species to match those leaves. I can try again when I have more time. Posted 11 years ago
  2. It took a while... the best match I found is the Hibiscus 'Fireball'. The closest wild species and hybrid parent is Hibiscus coccineus.

"Hibiscus coccineus" or scarlet rosemallow, is a hardy "Hibiscus" species that looks much like "Cannabis sativa". It is also known as Texas star, brilliant hibiscus, and scarlet hibiscus.
