
Cistanche phelypaea is a plant in the Cistanche genus. This broomrape is localised in parts of the Mediterranean and is parasitic on the woody Goosefoots of the Chenopodiaceae family. It grows in lowland areas, often in damp sand dune habitats, but it is both rare and localised.
