  1. The bug in your photo doesn't appear to have the white band across the wings that is characteristic of Leptoglossus zonatus. I suspect that it might be Acanthocephala terminalis instead.

Acanthocephala terminalis is a species of North American true bugs. This is the only species of leaf footed bugs that occurs in the northern states.
