Drymarchon corais, commonly known as the Yellow-tailed Indigo Snake or Cribo, is a large nonvenomous snake from South America. Traditionally "Drymarchon corais" has encompassed similar snakes that range up through Central America and into southern Texas and Florida. Using that arrangement, the Yellow-tailed Indigo Snake would be known as Drymarchon corais corais.
