"Harpalus rufipes" is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily Harpalinae. It was described by Degeer in 1774. "Harpalus rufipes" is native to Europe. The Harpalus Rufipes acts as a biological agent to pest and a study has shown the beetle is sensitive to engine oil and diesel oil.
