  2. Meanwhile, this one is actually a Lanius shrike, with that characteristic bandit mask. I'm not too good with those African species, but looking at the pattern of the tail, with that white base I think maybe a Gray-backed Fiscal. Posted 2 years ago, modified 2 years ago

The grey-backed fiscal is a species of bird in the family Laniidae. It is found in Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mali, Mauritania, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
