    1. You were doing the right thing, Claire. The issue in this case is that Wikipedia uses a single for both the genus and the specific species, and they redirect to each other. This confuses JungleDragon. I've created it manually now, great shot! Posted 11 years ago

Amaryllis is a small genus of flowering bulbs, with two species. The better known of the two, Amaryllis belladonna, is a native of the Western Cape region of South Africa, particularly the rocky southwest area between the Olifants River Valley to Knysna.
