Oleander butterfly I don&#039;t know if it is the same butterfly, but this past week I&#039;ve seen this species resting on the hanging strands of my string of tears succulent every day. Here I noticed in the image that the proboscis is extended - perhaps seeking moisture? The plant is not in flower right now. <br />

The Common Crow is a common butterfly found in South Asia and Australia. In India it is also sometimes referred to as the Common Indian Crow, and in Australia as the Australian Crow. It belongs to the Crows and Tigers subfamily Danainae.
