This simple boring plant in the foreground is a coca plant, specifically Erythroxylum coca var. ipadu, also known as "Amazonian coca". This species is native to the Amazon basin, this being a non-cultivated specimen.

        Okay, good clue! My new guesses are: It's an unusual species, like Duroia sp., that inhibit other plants from growing? Is it invasive? Or an illegal plant? Or has interesting damage from leafminers? That last guess is automatically accurate btw. ;) Posted 2 years ago
