      Nice! I love to cook sage with squash. I'm not sure the pineapple sage would be good this way, though. Posted 2 years ago

        Pumpkin will go with a great variety of spices, Just try, once you get your hands on the pineapple sage. I love pumpkin dishes. Posted 2 years ago

The Pineapple Sage

"Salvia elegans", a species with several varieties including pineapple sage and tangerine sage, is a perennial shrub native to Mexico. It inhabits Madrean and Mesoamerican pine-oak forests between 6,000 and 9,000 ft.
