Ectemnius cavifrons’ is a digger wasp of the Crabronidae family. It was fun to watch this little wasp on my loggia, because it moved jerkily, always offset by 90 degrees, to probe the area.<br />

Ectemnius cavifrons’ is a digger wasp of the Crabronidae family.

      It wasn‘t shy at all. We see it frequently.
