      1. No wonder it is extravagant in form and color!
        I happened to to see one very similar in 2017 and uploaded it today.
        My last collection of orchids at home all got a white fungus and killed them all. It was sad because they developed for many years. I‘ll start over again.

This is a hybrid orchid resulting from the cross Rhyncholaeliocattleya Bryce Canyon × Rhyncholaeliocattleya Purple Ruby .
The genus Rhyncholaeliocattleya, abbreviated Rlc. in the horticultural trade, is also the orchid nothogenus for intergeneric hybrid greges containing at least one ancestor species from each of the two ancestral genera Rhyncholaelia Schltr. and Cattleya Lindl., and from no other genera.
