Lazy Leopard in the Serengeti, Tanzania
No matter how fearsome, cats will be cats. When our cat lies this way, it is an invite for a belly rub and tickling its back paws. It took me 6 months before this was allowed, before I would be treated to a razor blade claw treatment. I wonder if I could do the same with this cat.

The leopard is one of the five "big cats" in the genus "Panthera". It is a member of the Felidae family with a wide range in regions of sub-Saharan Africa, West Asia, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia to Siberia. Fossil records found in Italy suggest that in the Pleistocene it ranged as far as Europe.
