Thistle tortoise beetle pupa
After taking the photo I was really wondering what I had photographed. It was some kind of beetle and it was looking fierce. After some searching I found it to be a larvea of a tortoise. I assume it is only a dead shell.
Dutch name: Distelschildpadtor larve (Cassida Rubiginosa) op Mariadistel (Silybum Marianum)
The thistle tortoise beetle, "Cassida rubiginosa", is a tortoise beetle, and as such belongs to the leaf beetles. It has a green carapace.
