Ichneumon Wasp (Callajoppa cirrogaster) It doesn&#039;t really come across on the video, but this wasp was huge!<br />

I was able to follow it in the air as it flew across a large London Park straight towards me before landing almost at my feet.<br />
<br />
Definitely one of my highlights of the summer thus far.<br />

It doesn't really come across on the video, but this wasp was huge!

I was able to follow it in the air as it flew across a large London Park straight towards me before landing almost at my feet.

Definitely one of my highlights of the summer thus far.

      It came straight at me.

      If my mouth had been open (it rarely isn't) I'd probably have choked on it! :-)
