  1. The colours are not very clear on this photo, but the Asiatic Blood Tail (Lathrecista asiatica) has such orange spots at the tip of the wings.

"Lathrecista asiatica", the Asiatic Blood Tail, is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is the only species in its genus. The species is widespread, occurring from India to Australia.
