  1. After searching in vain for quite some time, I now found out what it was by accident, while searching for something else... The flowers are actually white.

"Pachystachys lutea", known by the common names Lollipop Plant and Golden Shrimp Plant, is a subtropical, soft-stemmed evergreen shrub between 36 and 48 inches tall.
