  1. My guess would be the Baltimore oriole. Longer more pointy beak compared to the scarlet tanager. Also, the scarlet tanager seems to have a ring around the eye, lacking in your photo. Posted 3 years ago

The Baltimore oriole is a small icterid blackbird common in eastern North America as a migratory breeding bird. This medium-sized passerine measures 17–22 cm in length and spans 23–32 cm across the wings.
