The Eclimus gracilis

Eclimus gracilis is a fly of the Eclimus gracilis family. This species seems to be a rare species. It is black with an extremely narrow body. The head is semibilobate but there is no concavity. It is almost mosquito like in appearance except for the spotted wings.
