  1. Cool shot! They flower for a single day, right? Posted 3 years ago
    1. Well, maybe they are only 1 day at their maximum prime but they do not die in just one day. They stay in the plant for several days. Unfortunately this plant did not survive our winter at that moment so I cannot tell at this moment :-) Posted 3 years ago
      1. Ah OK. I usually wait when one of our neighbor's passion flowers makes it across our fence, and then steal one. It's not really theft since it's crossed the line of my empire. Posted 3 years ago
        1. :-D I also felt tempted to get some from other neighbors down the street which have a prety nice vine with flowers but this would really be theft in my case :-) Posted 3 years ago

Passiflora caerulea, commonly known as the Blue Passion Flower or the Common Passion Flower, is a vine native to South America (Argentina, Paraguay (where it is widely known as the Mburucuyá in Guaraní), Uruguay and Brazil). These names may also be applied to Passiflora edulis sometimes known as the passionfruit.
