  1. The three ground-tyrants I just uploaded were all within 50 meters of each other! This is by the far the rarest, and we were extra lucky as it is an austral migrant and probably one of the first ones to have arrived that year! Posted 3 years ago

The black-fronted ground tyrant is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae. It breeds in the southern Andes and winters north, reaching southern Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland.
