  1. Interesting! How does it increase salinity in the soil? Just through the water cycle and evaporation or something more specific? Would it be considered a halophyte? Posted 3 years ago
    1. The stems are jointed, and hte plant sheds periferal joints with salt. Its not really a halophyte. Posted 3 years ago
