
Pale-headed Munia
One of the munia or mannikin species that feed on the rice in the ricefield thus creating a conflict with the local farmers. Some of the farmers don´t mind the birds getting their share but some will try anything to scare the birds from landing in their fields.

The pale-headed munia is a species of estrildid finch found in Indonesia. It is found in artificial landscapes, subtropical and tropical lowlands, dry shrubland and grassland habitat. The status of the species is evaluated as Least Concern.
