  1. I added a couple tags to your photo: Viola × wittrockiana and Viola tricolor var. hortensis. Judging from the photos I've seen online, your photo may not show the regular Viola tricolor. But, I'm not sure as there seems to be a lot of variation.

    1. Thank you, Christine. Variations and hybrids are difficult. Personally, I think ID-ing it to the "main" species is acceptable. It's technically not entirely correct, but it does group photos to the same/same-ish species. Posted 3 years ago
