    1. Yes! It's an amazing dragonfly spot! I find so many nymphs and exuvia here. I see adults too, but mostly ignore those bc I rarely have the patience to stand still long enough to get shots of them. Posted 3 years ago
      1. Water is always great for insect photography. For dragonflies, I tend to watch their landing spots and then go there when they left it, hoping they return. Posted 3 years ago

"Pontederia cordata" is a monocotyledonous aquatic plant native to the American continent. It grows in a variety of wetlands, including pond and lake margins across an extremely large range from eastern Canada south to Argentina. A few examples include northern rivers, the Everglades and Louisiana.
