  1. Could be -- I think they parasitize hemipteran eggs. This fly looks like its rubbing its legs together in anticipation. Posted 3 years ago

"Ectophasia crassipennis" is a species of 'parasitic flies' of the family Tachinidae, subfamily Phasiinae.
