    1. They do look a little like linebackers. You can easily imagine them facing off against each other, trying to angle into the right ramming position. I don't actually know what the purpose is for these body parts though. Posted 3 years ago

A shield bug from the Amazon basin. The general brown color and black tips of the humeri distinguish this species from the other two Taurocerus in its range, T. edessoides and T. amazonensis.
