Brindled Flat-body Moth (Agonopterix arenella) This lively micro-moth looked as surprised as me when out of nowhere it flew close by my shoulder and landed on the kitchen door behind me.<br />

I&#039;m assuming I must have accidentally disturbed it as I gently went about my winter gardeing jobs.<br />

"Agonopterix arenella" is a species of moth of the family Depressariidae. It is found in all of Europe, except the Iberian Peninsula.
