Mite - Tetranychus urticae
I am incredibly annoyed. I have been dealing with thrips on my indoor plants (49 plants with thrips so far) for weeks. Just today, I found this little beast infesting my English ivy (Hedera helix). I had the plant in quarantine, so hopefully the mites haven't spread to any other plants.
Habitat: Found on an indoor Hedera helix
*These mites are very small; I photographed them using a digital microscope.

''Tetranychus urticae'' is a species of plant-feeding mite that is generally considered a pest. It is the most widely known member of the family Tetranychidae or spider mites. Its genome was fully sequenced in 2011, and was the first genome sequence from any chelicerate.
