Variant ALPHA!
This Limbless Skink - Larutia penangensis resembles a Snake/Worm but as their common name suggest, it is a Skink without any legs/limbs. This species was only described in the year 2011 and is listed as Critically Endangered, it being endemic to Penang Island which it is named after and more likely to be found at higher elevation.
Not much is known about them and only a few have been sighted so far.
For local Herpers, this is a highly sought after subject, once they are aware of the species, as many are not even aware of its existence!
