Scarlet-browed tanager, Rio Silanche Bird Sanctuary, Ecuador
If you zoom in, it looks like the "brows" are white instead of scarlet. This is due to the front of the brow being white:

If you zoom in very far, you'll see a tiny piece of the scarlet part of the brow.

The scarlet-browed tanager is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae. It is found in Panama, Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
