  1. I think that's a good guess. I found some similar genera, but no matches: Euangerona, Melanolophia, Sabulodes, Isochromodes, Drepanulatrix, and Neodora. Posted 3 years ago

    2. Unexpectedly got somebody responding a month after the fact on FB: Isochromodes epioneata.
      Which if you check reference photos, has distinct orange dots on the wings, and it looks like I was simply unlucky in the wings being closed, making it infinitely harder to identify :)
