Green Frog Tadpole - Lithobates clamitans I don&#039;t know why, but it was rolling around on the rocks at bottom of the pond. I saw a bunch of them exhibiting this behavior.<br />

I don't know why, but it was rolling around on the rocks at bottom of the pond. I saw a bunch of them exhibiting this behavior.

The green frog is a species of frog native to the eastern half of the United States and Canada. The two subspecies are the bronze frog and the northern green frog.
