''Geranium sanguineum'', commonly called bloody cranesbill or bloody geranium, is a species of hardy flowering herbaceous perennial plant in the genus ''Geranium'', Geraniaceae family. It is also the county flower of Northumberland and equally the county's affiliated ship, HMS Northumberland.
