
Yellow Trout Lily - Erythronium americanum
Trout lily plants are characterized by their green and brown mottled leaves. These plants are too young to flower as trout lily doesn't flower for the first 4-7 years of life. Eventually, each plant will bear a solitary, nodding yellow flower.
Habitat: Mixed forest
