      1. Oh, ouch! Swans and geese are terrifying...and apparently, mother ducks too! That probably goes for mothers of most species, though. ;P Posted 3 years ago

The mute swan is a species of swan and a member of the waterfowl family Anatidae. It is native to much of Europe and Asia, and the far north of Africa. It is an introduced species in North America, Australasia and southern Africa.
