Bower of beauty flower Commonly known as bower of beauty vine and bower vine, Pandorea jasminoides is an evergreen, vigorous woody climber. Typically found in tropical and subtropical rainforests and warm temperate areas of eastern Queensland down to northern/mid-coast New South Wales. <br />

The glossy, dark green leaves are mostly opposite or in whorls of three and 12 to 20 cm in length. Each leaf consists of 4 to 7 leaflets with lanceolate/ovate leaves. Flowers, as seen here, are white or pale pink trumpet-shaped with hairy centres, up to 6 cm in length. Diameter of flowers is also up to 6 cm. Commonly known as bower of beauty vine and bower vine, Pandorea jasminoides is an evergreen, vigorous woody climber. Typically found in tropical and subtropical rainforests and warm temperate areas of eastern Queensland down to northern/mid-coast New South Wales.

"Pandorea jasminoides" is a species of flowering plant in the family Bignoniaceae and is endemic to eastern Australia. It is a woody climber with pinnate leaves that have three to nine egg-shaped leaflets, and white or pink trumpet-shaped flowers that are red and hairy inside. It is also grown as an ornamental.
