Shield Bug Hunting Digger Wasp (Astata boops) You might quickly notice the surface upon which this little Digger wasp (note those eyes) has landed isn&#039;t the usual piece of vegetation.<br />

It was in fact, the back of my left leg, which made photographing and filming it without scaring it off a little awkward, but I got there in the end.<br />
