Southern Grey Huntsman This hairy female huntsman would have had a span of 20 mm. She was positioned beside her silky web and didn&#039;t move far when photographed. Her body was covered with stiff short hairs and had a scattering of brown black and white spots. The dorsal side of her adomen had an upside down leaf-shaped pattern with dark brown margins. Looks similar to I.victorialis but seems smaller with slightly different patterns on body. <br />
I am hoping the species ID is correct and will amend if I hear otherwise. Although this species is more prevalent in arid areas, it hasbeen spotted far south.
