  1. As often on pelagic birding trips, we had an amazing encounter with cetaceans, spending a couple hours with hundreds of these spotted dolphins hunting along with several Eden's Whales, and hundreds of shearwaters above them! Posted 3 years ago

      1. Yeah, looking for hunting cetaceans is one of the best ways to find pelagic birds, especially in the Northern Hemisphere where, in my experience, they don't respond as much to chumming. Posted 3 years ago

The Atlantic spotted dolphin is a dolphin found in warm temperate and tropical waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Older members of the species have a very distinctive spotted coloration all over their bodies.
