    1. Yes and it was also a special climate as it was in the mountains of Costa Rica so it made a contrast to see tropical plants in a cooler temperature :-) Posted 4 years ago

"Aechmea bracteata" is a species in the genus "Aechmea". This species is native to Central America, Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela; it is also reportedly naturalized in the Bahamas.
