  1. Looks to be out of range but could this be Apamea dubitans? Posted 4 years ago
    1. Doubtful. Hope you get the pun :)

Seriously, it does look very close. I'll offer a second candidate: Condica vecors. A little bit closer in range, but not much. Further, it more closely matches the round eye spots, which seem more like "hooks" on the other species.

Could go either way, I don't dare to make a conclusion.

      1. I feel like Condica vecors is a closer match, but am not confident. Posted 4 years ago
        1. Me too. Slightly more likely.
I would like a confirmation of my pun. I'm desperate for a response when I tell a joke.

            1. Yes C. vectors reported from Panamá so much closer. Posted 4 years ago
          2. It is dubitable that you will get a response that allays your doubts as to whether you are truly funny. But, I will confirm that your pun was indeed quite clever. Well done. Posted 4 years ago
            1. Thank you. Next time, don't make me beg, it reduces the impact of my comedy. Posted 4 years ago
              1. Aww. My apologies, my liege. Posted 4 years ago
